Terms for using ForwardSafe Pro

These Terms explain how ForwardSafe Pro may be used, what paid access includes when enabled, what support is and is not included, and how refund and payment access terms work.

Last updated: 24 June 2026

Plain-English summary

ForwardSafe is self-service.

The product provides communication risk intelligence and safer rewrite suggestions. It does not include custom consulting or professional advice.

Paid access is intended to be final.

Unless required by applicable law, paid access is non-refundable once activated, including unused reviews or change of mind.

You remain responsible.

You must review, edit, and decide whether any output is appropriate before sending it.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, submitting text for review, or purchasing paid access when available, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Statement, and the Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, do not use ForwardSafe Pro.

2. What ForwardSafe Pro does

ForwardSafe Pro is a communication risk intelligence tool. It helps users review sensitive messages, emails, replies, and workplace communication by generating outputs such as risk category, escalation risk, potential impact, risky phrase detection, coaching, safer rewrite, and explanation.

ForwardSafe Pro is not a legal, HR, employment, compliance, medical, financial, or professional advisory service.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not share your account with unauthorised users, misuse another person’s account, or attempt to bypass usage limits, payment restrictions, authentication, or security controls.

4. Free reviews and usage limits

ForwardSafe Pro may offer a limited number of free reviews. Free limits, review allowances, input limits, and access conditions may change over time. Free access does not guarantee continued availability of the service or future paid features.

5. Paid access terms

When paid access is enabled, the checkout page or pricing page will describe the access period, price, review allowance, and any renewal or expiry conditions.

Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, paid access is intended to operate as a fixed access pass rather than a promise of unlimited usage. Access may expire at the end of the stated period or when the stated review allowance is used, depending on the plan shown at checkout.

Payment does not include custom support, legal review, HR advice, employment advice, compliance review, communication consulting, or manual rewriting by a human.

6. Renewal and expiry

ForwardSafe Pro may display renewal reminders or expiry information in the dashboard. Dashboard reminders are provided for convenience and may not always be error-free or delivered by email.

If paid access is sold as a non-recurring pass, it will expire at the end of the stated access period unless you manually renew. If recurring payments are introduced later, the checkout flow must clearly explain renewal, cancellation, and billing terms before purchase.

7. Refund and cancellation wording

Unless required by applicable law, all paid access purchases are final and non-refundable once access is activated.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unused reviews, failure to use the product, dissatisfaction with individual AI outputs, accidental purchase after account login, choosing the wrong communication mode, reaching the end of an access period, or not reading these Terms before purchase.

This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If a refund is legally required, or if there is a duplicate charge or verified billing error, the issue will be reviewed according to the applicable law and payment processor records.

Because ForwardSafe Pro is intended to be self-service, refund-related support is limited to duplicate charges, verified billing errors, access activation problems, and situations where applicable law requires review. Users should review the pricing, access period, review allowance, Privacy Statement, Terms, and Disclaimer before purchasing.

8. Support limitations

ForwardSafe Pro is designed to minimise manual support. Support, when available, is limited to account access, payment access, duplicate charges, verified billing errors, and technical issues affecting product access.

Support does not include message-by-message rewriting, interpretation of workplace disputes, legal advice, HR advice, employment advice, compliance advice, document review, coaching calls, custom templates, or negotiation support.

9. User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and editing any output before sending it
  • Checking facts, context, names, dates, and obligations
  • Using your own judgment before relying on any output
  • Following employer, client, legal, confidentiality, and professional obligations
  • Only submitting information you are authorised to process through an AI tool

10. Prohibited use

You must not use ForwardSafe Pro to:

  • Generate harassment, threats, abuse, deception, impersonation, or unlawful content
  • Bypass usage limits, security controls, payment access, or authentication
  • Submit passwords, payment details, medical records, identity documents, or unauthorised confidential information
  • Use outputs as a substitute for legal, HR, employment, medical, financial, or professional advice
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, resell, or commercially exploit the service without permission

11. AI output limitations

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, overly cautious, too firm, too soft, unsuitable for your context, or different from what a qualified professional would recommend. ForwardSafe Pro does not guarantee that a message will be safe, effective, legally appropriate, or positively received.

12. Service availability and changes

ForwardSafe Pro may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features, access rules, pricing, review allowances, input limits, models, providers, and availability. We may also limit access to prevent abuse, security risks, excessive automated usage, or technical issues.

13. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user misuses the service, attempts to bypass limits or payment access, violates these Terms, creates security risk, submits unlawful material, or uses the product in a way that may harm the service or other users.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForwardSafe Pro is not responsible for decisions you make based on the output, messages you send, recipient reactions, workplace outcomes, business losses, legal consequences, HR consequences, reputational damage, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes, including when paid access, recurring payments, account management, support workflows, or additional service providers are introduced. The updated date at the top of this page will indicate the latest version.
