Your pasted text is sent to our backend and AI provider so ForwardSafe Pro can produce risk intelligence and a safer rewrite.
Privacy Statement
How ForwardSafe Pro handles your information
ForwardSafe Pro is built for sensitive communication review. This statement explains what we collect, how pasted messages are processed, and what you should avoid entering into the tool.
Last updated: 19 June 2026
Plain-English summary
Current usage tracking stores account and review-count information, not the full message text you paste.
Avoid passwords, payment details, confidential records, medical information, or anything you are not authorised to share.
1. Information we collect
When you use ForwardSafe Pro, we may collect:
- Account information: your email address and authentication-related information required to create and manage your account.
- Usage information: your user ID, email address, review count, remaining reviews, timestamps, and basic service activity needed to enforce free review limits and operate the product.
- Message content you submit: the text you paste into ForwardSafe Pro for communication risk analysis and rewriting.
- Technical information: basic request metadata that may be processed by hosting, security, and infrastructure providers to keep the service working.
2. How pasted messages are processed
When you click Analyze message, your message is sent to ForwardSafe Pro's backend service and then to our AI provider to generate:
- Risk Category
- Estimated Escalation Risk
- Potential Impact
- Communication Coaching
- Safer Rewrite
- Risk Explanation
ForwardSafe Pro currently does not intentionally store the full pasted message content in its Supabase database as part of the MVP. Usage tracking is based on account and review-count data.
3. AI provider processing
ForwardSafe Pro uses an AI provider to generate communication risk analysis and safer rewrites. Your pasted message and the generated output may be processed by that provider for the purpose of returning the requested result.
Our current AI provider is OpenAI via the API. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train or improve models unless the API customer explicitly opts in to share that data.
4. What you should not submit
ForwardSafe Pro is designed for professional communication review. You should not submit:
- Passwords, API keys, access tokens, or login credentials
- Bank card numbers, payment details, or full financial records
- Medical records or highly sensitive personal information
- Legal documents requiring formal legal advice
- Confidential employer, client, or third-party information that you are not authorised to process through an AI tool
5. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide communication risk reviews and safer rewrites
- Authenticate users and protect dashboard access
- Track free review usage and prevent abuse
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service
- Prepare future subscription access and renewal workflows
6. Data storage and retention
Account and usage information may be stored for as long as needed to operate your account, enforce review limits, support future paid access, and maintain service records.
Pasted message content is currently processed to produce the requested analysis and rewrite. We do not intentionally save the full pasted message content in the current MVP database. Infrastructure and AI providers may process or temporarily retain data according to their own policies and service terms.
7. Payments
Payment functionality is not yet connected. When paid access is introduced, payment details should be handled by a payment processor such as Stripe. ForwardSafe Pro should not directly store full card details.
8. Security
ForwardSafe Pro uses managed infrastructure, authentication, and backend processing to reduce unnecessary exposure of sensitive keys and account access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting secrets or information they are not authorised to process.
9. Your choices
You can choose not to paste sensitive information into ForwardSafe Pro. You may also stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and formal data request workflows should be added before full public launch if required for your target market.
10. Changes to this statement
We may update this Privacy Statement as ForwardSafe Pro adds paid access, renewal reminders, analytics, support workflows, or additional service providers. The updated date at the top of this page will indicate the latest version.
Important note
This Privacy Statement is a practical MVP privacy notice and is not legal advice. Before a full public paid launch, have the final privacy, terms, and disclaimer pages reviewed for your operating country, customer locations, and payment model.
