If your message relates to dismissal, formal complaints, investigations, harassment, discrimination, legal threats, policy enforcement, contracts, workplace disputes, or regulatory obligations, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before sending it.
2. No guaranteed outcome
Communication is context-dependent. ForwardSafe Pro may identify likely risks and produce a safer rewrite, but it cannot guarantee that the recipient will respond positively, that a conflict will be avoided, or that a message will be suitable for every legal, cultural, organisational, or interpersonal context.
